No Return/Horrible Customer Service

After receiving my dress in a bag with holes in it- it being yellow . The dress is very large and NOT the “custom” size I sent- I was told to go have it altered at my local seamstress. This is very disappointing and I would highly recommend customers to not purchases dresses from this company!

Very Dissatisfied

3 months to wedding day - I waited a month for this dress - I sent in custom sizes - the dress was very large around the waist - the breast pad barely cover my breast, was falling off my shoulders and the sleeves were to short and the biggest disappointment was the dress is more beige than white. I emailed multiple times about a return and refund- no response ! I communicated with Vos Lee before the purchase as well - I do not recommend!

If you’re serious about buying this dress, I highly recommend getting a CUSTOM size! Whether you’re petite, or voluptuous, get a custom size, especially if you’re a tall person! This way it saves time and money having to go to alterations.
