Absolutely shocking service from this disappointing company.

Their return policy is full of loopholes and scams where they try to bully you into keeping your order. They lie and say you ordered a custom size when you select a normal size, and when I proved I didn’t this was their response “confirm that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and risks. Since we do not provide a return label, your returned dress may be detained by customs.” Which leads me to believe that even if I do pay to return it they will lie and come up with new excuses to not refund me.

Their images are all stolen from other sites and the dress looks nothing like it. Shocking quality and even worse customer service.

I don't normally write reviews, but this dress deserves the highest rating possible. I have been a seamstress for 40+ years and have made weddings gowns, so I know my garments. The quality of the fabric is outstanding! Even with full sequins it feels soft! The workmanship is outstanding! No strings hanging, nothing left undone anywhere! The fit is spot on! I ordered a size big just in case and I will have to take my in the amount for the size down, so order your size is my recommendation. I could not have asked for a more beautiful, better made garment! I got happy tears when I opened this dress. I wanted it to be wonderful for a VERY special occasion and I was NOT disappointed in the least!!! I HIGHLY recommend this gown and this seller!

This dress was absolutely gorgeous and the quality was good! It was prettier in person but unfortunately, my family did not think this was a good wedding dress for me! But it is good for dances, formals and other events! I would recommend if you are looking for that!!

I loved everything about this dress! My daughter looked and felt amazing. Plus you can’t beat this price.
